My love and passion for anything thoughtfully and beautifully made, painted, drawn, sewn or built has evolved through years of appreciating good quality craftsmanship. I’ve never been a designer who follows mainstream fashion or is lead by what others find desirable. An usual print, a not so obvious pretty face or a quirky film floats my boat more than following ‘the normal’ trends. 

It all really began when I graduated from London College of Fashion in 1998 with a 2:1 Fashion Design & Technology Degree. My fashion career since graduating in Design, Production and Manufacturing has led me to work for, and with, leading London fashion houses. During that time I made and fitted evening dresses, occasional wear and wedding gowns for celebrities and high end red carpet events. I learnt valuable skills from each and every position of employment, embracing my roles and responsibilities to the maximum. Designer Assistant, Production Manager, Fitter, Luxury Boutique Manageress, Cutter, Head Pattern Cutter, Hand Finisher and Seamstress, to name a few. 

Combining my passion and enthusiasm with creative design and tech skills, solid communication, core people skills, customer service and managerial knowledge has certainly enabled my own business to thrive and succeed.
